new dyno spec sheet requirement for CMC

Guys, just posted a new dyno spec sheet for CMC on the national site, along with a long post explaining it in that forum. Please get two copies of the new form, one to keep with your dyno chart and the other to hand to Glenn next time you see him.

No impact as of yet for AI, but we'll let you know.
