Can those spherical joints be replaced or do i need to buy a whole new set of bushings?

Not sure of the question so I'll answer what I think you could be asking.

1) Yes, the bearings can be replaced in my bushings if they were to show abnormal wear.
2) Any bushings you may already have can't be fitted with bearings and will have to be replaced.

Hope that covered you question.

Cool looking gizmo! 8)

How are the spherical bearings serviced? Is there a C-Clip and retainer groove that the bearing sits in?

My engineering mind is curious.

The bushings are machined so that the bearing is a press fit. Then retainer clips are installed into grooves cut into the inside of the bushing.

Will the aluminum sleeves not rub on the K-member causing horrible non-linear bind?

I understand that if the aluminum "bushings" are narrower than the OEM bushings and you provide a sleve that contacts both the K-member and the sperical bearing, that this bind won't occur.

Just trying to think through some of the traps...

Yes, the bushings are narrower than stock bushings and spacers are incluced with the kit. The whole point of the kit is to eliminate all possibilities of additional bind.

I've run them for 2 events they help.
