you showed your poker face at MSR-H, now i know you too can drive very well in the rain. i'll know better next time. it will not be so easy the next time. but i did turn a faster lap in the wet.
really though, good drive in the rain.

In to just have fun in AIX. Probably scuff in a couple tires for the next event if I don't do it this weekend...

I can't believe you guys are letting Glenn get away with all the S-talk'n. Anyone going to shut him up on track this year?! :  Where's Burch when you need him?!

I want to be there but I'm in Ouray Co. and will not be back in Texas until Sunday. I want to race on Sunday (after Racecraft on Sat.) but I need to get the right side net installed and I don't have the crap required from a doctor. That is a lot to get done in four days (nights). I know Glenn is shaking in his boots that I may run Sunday!

Yeah right!

Mine weren't going....but my parents are coming down with their motorhome and so she decided her and the kids can hide from the heat in there.

I'm registered and the new shaved tires should be here tomorrow.

We just got back from a traditional family driving vacation. 2700 miles with the kids and wife. Stops included San Angelo, Amarillo, Santa Fe, Durango, Silverton (drive-by), Ouray (drive-by), Colorado Springs, and Childress.

Next stop TWS CMC winners' circle!!!!!

Got ya beat...got home from SoCal this evening. We put ~4900mi on my wife's Yukon XL from 29 Jun to 30 Jul, with another ~10,000 airmiles during that same timeframe.

No winner's circle for CMC #5 this weekend.....I leave for LAX @ 7:00am tomorrow morning for another 5 days, back late Sat night - gotta give you half a chance, Rob. ;)

May have to fly all weekend now and waiting for the answer. Really disappointed I wont get to Race JB after he mentored me all last race weekend.

Duramax Check engine light came on Wed. morn.
I presently have an '07 Impala loaner.
No it doesn't have a receiver on it.
Hopefully they'll get it back to me today.

i would explain to them there is a reason you bought a truck. and that a loaner of the same abilities is expected.

what was the code?

jeffburch
08-02-2007, 09:25 AM
Just an idiot light.
Still made boost but didn't want to risk it.
Yes I checked the fuel tank cap.
The truck sat at the dealer all day wed.
They didn't get to it.
Called me later to tell me.
Went & got the only loaner they had.
Then I had to come in early today to do a circus live shot from AAC.
Globe of Death motorcycle goobers and Chinese Acrobats.
They wouldn't let me in the Globe to do it. Pissed.
So now I get off at 1:30 pm and have no truck to pick up 12 wheels/tires from where they're being balanced.
Lost my prescription sunglasses in this whole vehical swap.
Prolly just stay home and go to the friggin circus.

Thanks! I love you too.

Just heard.
EGR.
Parts in Dallas but they have to shag/install.
This thing has only 14k mi and runs to good to not be modded. I haven't found it yet and neither has the dealer.
Must be a EFI Live burned ECM.

Weekend looking up.

Sounds about right. Finally got a real job and can now almost afford to race it.
