TWS Motorsports Club has a 2 day event coming up on November 17-18. We will be running the 2.9 CCW.
The price for the weekend is $250. Groups of 10 or more get a 10% discount. Garages are $20. If you are interested in driving only one day, the price is $150. Please fill out a registration form (http://www.texasworldspeedway.com/mscmail.htm) and send it in as soon as possible so I can plan run groups and make sure I have enough instructors. If you are a NASA racer, be sure to note it somewhere on your registration form. I will be keeping track in order to, hopefully, apply the discount for you guys. Bring your completed tech form (http://www.texasworldspeedway.com/technicalinspectionform.html) to registration at the track Saturday morning.
New policy, by the way, is that if I am not made aware that you are attending by the Thursday before an event, a $10 late registration fee will be charged. That means I need an email, registration form, or phone call by 11:59pm Thursday night.
Something new - We will be doing registration at the track office on Friday night from 7-9 pm in order to alleviate some of the craziness on Saturday. Saturday check-in will still be available from 7:00 - 7:45 am. Also, I have a Google group for TWS Motorsports Club (http://groups.google.com/group/twsmsc?hl=en). I have gotten some general information entered and am working on more. Feel free to check or join this site for more info and monthly newsletters.
Track gates will be open Friday night from 7:00 - 10:00. $15 at the gate for drop-offs. The gates will re-open Saturday morning at 7:00. Driver's meeting is at 7:45.
