Is the MSR-C event 1.3, 1.7 or 3.1 cw or ccw?

I just wanna start watching some videos.

ARAIK, MSR-C will be the 1.7, CCW ( normal direction for that track ).

Maybe Clifton can verify.....

Man, if there were ANY way to run the 3.1, I would be all for it. Even if it meant an extra $20 to cover the additional corner workers. Sorry, but the 1.7 is just a little boring for my tastes and I don't think running it CW would be a good idea for a race group. Just my $0.02.......

Racers,

Please find attached the 2008 round 1 write-up for AI/X/CMC at CMP. I have the current points standings completed but they are at work and I am at home right now so those will be sent out tomorrow... :)

Rd Atlanta is fast approaching and is going to be HUGE. I have not be notified yet of the current entrants but from what I've heard, I wouldn't be surprised if we had a 20 car AI field and possibly a 10+ car CMC field. I've heard that several of the big guns from the Mid-Ohio, Mid-Atlantic, and Texas regions are planning to attend so get ready. If you're planning on going and haven't registered yet, it might be a good idea to "git er done"... Also, 2008 DYNO SHEETS WILL BE REQUIRED AT RD ATL IF YOU HAVE NOT GIVEN ME ONE YET. As mentioned in an earlier email, if you do not have one, you'll have a choice of running in the next fastest class or take a 20 point penalty from each race you run. I will be filling out and assigning the HP/TRQ stickers at the track.

Let me know if you have any comments, suggestions, or questions and as always, let me know how I can make you NASA-SE AI/AIX/CMC experience better!

See you at Rd Atl,
Ed

Very, very cool that they have designated series paddock areas! I've been trying to get that going for some time and it's just a pain to enforce.

I dunno Matt ...

As badly as I would like to race it too, there would be some messed up cars after cresting the Hill of Death.

I don't think it would be worth it.

We don't run in that as a series points race, however, if anyone wants to the entry fee is 20 of your Camaros.

Doubtful... everyone here knows how to drive just fine. I have been over that hill without lifting once and it's not that bad but it did get all 4 tires off the ground. Just got to get a good entry over it. Just looking for some more changes to the norm that's all.
