I called and left a message yesterday morning with MSRC. no return call yet...

MSR just returned my call.
they said it was 5-6PM (same as on schedule) and registration/payment is through nasa. $50/driver.

I just checked nat registration site and it wasn't on there.
I suppose it will be on site friday beforehand.

I plan on being there for the HH

You can sign up for Happy Hour at the track. Pre-registration is not required.
