I met Steve at MSR-C this morning for some CBP. Glenn came along as a pit rat, logging tire temps and pressures.

Mission:
dial in wholesale suspension changes to the #9 car
dial in the R888s on the #8 car.

Need to make a few alignment changes, but was able to run 25s like clockwork, the best being a 25.1xxx. That's almost 2 seconds faster than my previous best at Cresson. This was on an old set of 275 RA1s.

And after three 30 minute sessions of working R888 pressures on Steve's car, we swapped tires and I went out for a session on the R888s ... back to back runs on RA1s and then R888s.

I thought they felt great. Tons of grip right out of the box and after running them for 11 laps, I never really felt them fall off. And my lap times reflect that. The lap times also reflect that I was a full second slower on the R888s.

Everything was the same ... no changes except for the tires.
