One of my buddies at work overheated his late model V6 maxima. He replaced the water pump, but when he filled the radiator with water he noticed after a while water runs into the oil pan. Engine hasnt been started, but of course primary suspect are head gaskets, and he figures he's gotten to the end of his abilities.
This is a very high mile car, so he's not interested in giving a shop a pile of money. He is interested in paying someone under the table to either do the head gaskets or potentially swap a take-out motor.
I can put the two of you together if you're interested in swapping some of your time for cold hard cash. He's in Houston and given the car cant be driven it probably only makes sense for you guys in this area.
