I ran a DE at Barber in Fall 2007 and have looked forward to another weekend ever since. I think a lot of folks can attest that NASA SE runs a great series. Bonus: the track is on the short list for the IRL in 2010 (they've already run two test days) and is a ball to drive.

My plan is to be there at the end of May, and it would be nice to have some fellow Texans snatch silver from the hosts.

You will note it is beautiful, which cuts a full two seconds from your lap time. Anyone else up for the trip? 10-1/2 hours from Fort Worth to Leeds, AL.

I made it in lass than 9 in my old 4.8L truck.

Loosiana baseline speeding tix are gawdawful expensive: in excess of an R888. But do what you must!

I will be in regulated mosey-mode between Shreveport and Vicksburg, both ways.
