Scale and tech setup at hallet...?

So who do we need to coordinate with to "fix" the problem of not being able to get on the scales at hallett. Last year, they way they had them setup, I could not even get onto them because the car would bottom on the "divit" right before the scales or the nose would just push them out of the way. Any chance we can set them up someplace OTHER than under that dinky little awning with all the uneven paving?
