done.
if you find an error, email me or PM me.
some facts! there are now 31 points collecting drivers/teams for CMC/CMC-2 Texas Region 2009 season w/ more to come by years end!
man, if we could just get us all in one class and at the track at the same time!
2009 Season high CMC car count came thus far at Hallett w/ 15 cars.
Group 4 had 31 cars in attendance. i'm sure thats a record for us.
2 new track records set. CMC & CMC2.

OK....I see that Landrum's 4th Gen broke the Hallett track record.
I also see that the Fox's of Mosty & Liebbe took both of the pole position points away.

What was the difference in their lap times to the new track record?

(good stuff)

Yep, pretty competitive platforms all around this year, 3rd Gen, 4th Gen, Fox are all pretty close in Texas. I just wish I could drive like Mosty and Wirtz - oh and the damn Corey character - geeez!!!

Sat my car was a pile due to really really old tires.
Sunday i ran newer rubber w/ a softer set-up. got alot of traffic in qual and couldnt keep it on track for R4 sunday. had i qual'ed better Sunday, i would have likely won that race. finished .06 behind/beside Wirtz for R3.

i finally have given in and will have to run a different set-up for Hallett than all the other tracks. Hallett has always been my weak track. i may have just found the fix.

wish my car was this good for the last two Nat's events. ran those (and many other regional events) w/ -1.6 camber on the passenger side due to a bad alignment rack i didnt know was bad. got that dialed in and have been on old junk RA1's all this year. the old 2006 RA! full tread rains i burned down in the 8hr enduro are my only good set of rubber.
anyways......

Liebbe was faster than anyone in AI/CMC/CMC2. He was six seconds faster than second place if I remember correctly. Mad wet track driving skills.

Wow - 6 seconds!!!!!!! Really - Damn I'm good!!!! 8)

This was on full depth "sticker" 888's, the track was patchy wet with no standing water. The same set of tires later in the day got me almost last place on a dry hot track. Well - Glenn and I did some mid-pack, mid-race body work that may have affected my outcome.

Some fast times for sure!

I thought Wayne and I had some fast times, but once I checked Mylaps it was during qual. =(

2005
7 38 Wayne Manor 1:28.839 5 72.941 3.865 0.128 9
8 17 Eric Varner 1:28.843 6 72.938 3.869 0.004 6

That was on Sunday and never got a chance to finish R1 or R2.

Gratz on the new record! /cheers

It was more like 2 seconds over me in second place. My excuse is that my best lap had Al squirting all over and off the track on the last corner and blew my good lap. :P

He was squirting water all over the place at the beginning of R4. He said something about copying Spyhunter.

Better that than the "ram the car off the road" trick

Does his car turn into a boat? Or just a cooler lid?

This is my new anti-James device, obviously undergoing preliminary testing at Hallet. The radiator cap is gutted, and the puke tank vent is plumbed to behind the rear axle. At the end is a solenoid valve cleverly disguised as a fuel pump solenoid. The windshield washer fluid is plumbed into the radiator as make-up. The temp sensor is actually a level sensor. Had a few bugs with it but I think its ready for TWS
