Whilst you folks are toiling away at a roval in the central part of TX, the left coasters will be racing on the roval at California Speedway.
We have 9 CMC/CMC2 folks entered....not as many as we'd like, but it will be good racing, and good BBQ nonetheless.
It appears what I thought was a blown HG @ BW in late June turned out to be failed radiator caps (again!) and a leaking Moroso inline filler tube in the upper radiator hose. Tested, replaced with a stock hose, put a new cap in place, did an oil/filter change, complete nut/bolt check (after losing the pass URCA bolt in qualifying @ BW!), washed, waxed and ready to go!
As a warning - if you have a Moroso inline filler tube (part #63730), keep a close eye on it. The FFR folks have complained about them failing to keep pressure. Mine failed, but it was after 3+ years of service. It will possibly be replaced with this unit (http://summitracing.com/parts/CSI-973/), or a surge/expansion tank.
