Due to the restrictive AI appearance rules I am going to take the last race off (hey, I've already got last place locked up tight right?!) and just be a rookie-grillmaster and assist Dr. Frank.

I'm planning to bring my smoker again and do the ribs and spuds. Also thinking about doing a deep-fried turkey if anyone is interested.

If someone wants to buy a roast or brisket I can smoke that too...I'm all out of beef in the freezer apparently (4 college aged kids - 2 over 200lbs - you do the math !)

Brian - Ribs, Spuds, Turkey
Frank - Pork loins and "plenty of sausage" (not gonna touch that one...)
Misty & Jerry - spud fixin's
Mitch - tender, moist brisket
Randy (rleng1)- bringing & smokin' some ribs, as well as cooking a big pot of beans
Al - assorted beverages
JP - Tortillas, Bread, Mustard, Ketchup, a package or two of Hot links. Earl Campbell style.
Robert - some Kuby's bratwurst and whatever looks good
Gary - chips 'n' dips
DL - tons of that stuff (plates and such)
Bryan - big batch of chocolate chip cookies
Jeff's pit crew - some treats :)
Misty - a ...I just can't do it...read it yerself!

Save some room in the smoker, I will bring some pork tenderloins and of course plenty of sausage. So the meat should be covered. We need a rough head count. FMR

When do you guys plan on getting out to ECR? IO'd like to hook up with you guys and pit together. Last year worked out so well. (In other words, I want to borrow tools and pester Martin for setup and driving tips.)

Is Sam caravaning up with you guys?

I am just planning on being there Saturday...well, into early hours of Sunday too of course ;)

Cups? Ice? Plasticware?

Yeah, that would be good if you can bring that - I completely under stocked all that last time.

Can someone bring sour cream, butter etc for the spuds?
I'll see if I can talk my buddy into making some of his incredible salsa...goes great on the spuds.

How about some slaw, chips, etc.?

I am going to assume the beer, whisky, etc will be covered ;)

I don't know what Sam's plans are, but I'll find out.

Not sure Martin will make it. Still don't know that his car is fixed. Testing next weekend, but I'm not hauling the stacker if it's not 100%. Can totally pit with us.

I'll bring spud fixin's for the bbq.

My grill is plumbed for the gas from the house so someone else will need to provide the grill.
