Uncle Dan's BBQ
Sliced Barbeque Beef Brisket
Smoked Sausage
Turkey,
baked beans, yellow potato salad
Pickles, Onions, Peppers, Barbeque Sauce (Mild or Spicy)
White and Wheat Bread
Iced Tea and Water

Cost is $10 per head to cover the catering cost. The series annual fund should be covering the facilities.

i need everyone who is attending to please send me $10 per person asap. i covered the deposit out of my own pocket and i need this money back as soon as i can get it.

guys, the $10 per head was based on the number of attending this event. if less folks show, the cost per head will go up.
dont leave me holding the bag on this. i've almost re-coop'ed the $350 deposit, but i still have another $357 due before the banquet. the plan is to use the money sent in thus far to pay the balance so the food is taken care of. but that will leave me on the hook for the $350 deposit. if i only collect a total of say $500, i'm on the hook for the last $207.
