looks like its been high 60's to low 90's w/ many of the next 15 days forcasted in the upper 80's. that along w/ the altitude and lack of humidity, it looks like it will be a nice break from the heat.

Which forecast center are you looking at?

Weather.com shows it to be a tick hotter than your forecast. upper 90s and mid 70s

So, compared to Mississippi, will I get a break from the heat, or will it be just as hot and muggy?

My forecast says 20% showers, highs in lower 90s lows mid 70s.

Don't fool yourself, you better be ready for some heat!

You don't get much breeze out there either.

Looks like Ginsburg's dancin' is working:

http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=hallett%2C+ok

70% chance of rain on Saturday, 60% on Sunday. Highs in the low 80's.

I don't understand why Adam does the rain dance, he has only driven on track in the rain a few times.

This weekend will be very interesting for those that have not run in the rain, much less race in it.

Racing in the rain = off track or accidents

I have two extra large umbrellas if anyone wants to stop in Huntsville on their way up to Hallett. Looks like they will be needed this weekend.

PM me.

Be safe....but feel free to run really slow so donovan or Lyons win a couple this weekend! Just don't let that Marvel guy past you! :P

Guys, keep in mind that last weekend from what I saw, there was a lot of antifreeze, oil and just general crap put down from the Shelby meet. If it rains it's going to be dangerous!

I talked to Michael and he said that it rained very hard last night, but was just overcast today with no rain as of 2pm...

I hate watching from the 300 mile away sideline!!!

I was up at lake Texoma yesterday and we got drilled for about 45 minutes near sundown but it sprinkled all day practically saturday...still had a blast.
