MSRH is offering test & tune for Friday before our weekend, at $250 from 8am -5pm.
Any chance of obtaining a half day for ~ $100?

Not in the past. MSRH is NOT about taking care of racers.

MSRH is very accomodating and I'm sure they will be happy to set you up with an afternoon or happy hour session. Of course it will be the same $250 price but it will come with a complimentary morning session.

Like Jerry said, MSRH has not been very accommodating in the past.
Supposidly they are under new ownership and things are getting better. NASA-TX said they would talk to the track about different pricing or options for the Friday test day. We can keep our fingers crossed for the good news. :wink:

I got an email that they are offering a $150 half day rate (after noon).

I haven't checked their website, but you can email Sandra Steubing
(sandra at msrhouston.com).

I know some have had issues with MSR-H in past years but I've always had good experience with the folks there and James Rogerson and Sandra have been very responsive.

Just spoke with Sandra at MSRH, and they will be offering 1/2 day rates at $150.
Lunch is from 12-1, then open track.
