Rear axles for 3rd gen

Rear axles for 3rd gen... I have been chasing a squeek ever since Nationals and found a problem with a rear axle... Anyone have a suggestion for a good axle for road racing??? or in my case "off road" racing.... The axle must be able to handle LOTS of side load!!

I bought these from Summit for $259.00:

SAG-EV10-4

They fit the GM 10 Bolt, 7.625 ring gear, 28 spline diff. Specify the 1/2"x3" long screw-in studs (they are drilled for press-in studs as well).

Be sure and screw the studs in before you mount the axles. Depending on which backing plate you have, it may be difficult to get the studs in after the fact.
