Well David, fill me in ...

I have over 200 photos taken Saturday, SATURDAY NIGHT and Sunday.

But the gallery here limits me to 4 at a time. That'll take forever ...

When you 'add items', use the last tab 'Upload Applet', I have uploaded 300 at a time with that options.

Photoshop (or other program) - size image (1024x768) - save for web

Should knock the size to down between 100-200k. \

Images are already slow enough downloading them. Just my .02 to help speed things up on my end. lol

Eric's on the right track - I usually resize to 1200 pixels wide for web uploading these days - that gives sensible images sizes (at 90% JPEG quality), works for most newer PC/monitor display resolutions, and is still large enough to provide a quality 6x4 or even 5x7 print should someone wish to print any images.

If you're not a Photoshop nut, try this free image program - you can bulk resize and rename a whole folder full of pics without having to have a degree in graphics arts or computer science to use it: http://www.irfanview.com/

I use Paint Shop Pro to work a single photo. For my limited brain capacity, it's a lot more intuitive.

However, Erfan View allows batch conversion, rename and resize (all at the same time) along with numerous other things.

It does it all very well ...

And thanks David ...

I have uploaded 276 images to the aicmctexas gallery. Look under Mitch's folder.

They are resized to 1024x768. However, I have the originals that are 3000x2000 and will do great blown up poster sized. If you have one you want sent your way, let me know which one and I'll try and find it in the originals and send it to you via e-mail.

Lots of shots of the whole field. If your car isn't in the group, it was by pure luck only. I snapped a lot of stationary camera sequence shots that could be linked together and make an awesome animated GIF for an avatar.
