If I missed it in another thread, feel free to beat me down...

Time to start planning Saturday night festivites?

We will have the big grill (hopefully freshly rebuilt after this past weekend's foobar) as always. Beyond that, RB and I will do a big giant chicken salad and then a bunch of chicken in the smoker.

Al, do I need to pack the jockey box for kegs or is your setup got us covered? I'll just bring a 1/4 or 1/2 of something good. The Linenkugel we had this past weekend was a huge hit.

The projector is always in the rig, just need the sound system to go with it.

The bierkarten will be on site and I'll be glad to bring it filled. I can fit one 1/2 barrel or two 1/4 barrels. Open to suggestions on the brand.

Bring an extra door, Francis. :x Wow Professor! You're really going to be flying to catch up to CMC. Oh, be sure to run the camera ~ Gary's wasn't working.

So, what should I bring? Chips? Cups? Plates? Cash?

In addition to the Fat Tire...

RB and I will do a big giant chicken salad and then a bunch of chicken (about 20 peoples worth) in the smoker.

We have the big grill tuned up and ready to go.

What do we need? Someone make a list and we can start picking what each of us will bring. We will need plates, plastic knives, forks, and spoons, bread, etc. Do we need more meat? Dr. Frank usually brings some really good sausage but if he is not I can bring some (or maybe I need to also even if Frank does bring his). Come on guys it's not fair to put this on just a few. Let me know what you need Dave.

I can bring my choc. chip and pecan cookies...they are always a hit. I also make a jalapeno popper dip, but I don't think there will be a way to warm it up??? it's not bad at room temp, but better hot. You boys with the rigs let me know what you want...

My oven is maybe 3/4 of a regular size house oven. Jerry's oven may be full size, I don't know.

Sounds good. I will mix up the stuff and we can bake it when ya'll are done racing Sat. Takes about an hour, but it's worth every min.

Just save some for me if it is done before 5pm...I will be in control until then...
