I'm looking for a 4th gen Camaro for CMC. I'd rather buy a CMC car set up for racing already but will build one if I have to.

By our very own Mitch.

Myself and Mitch can complete this car if you want. We can also do a custom cage if you would rather have that.

Once in a lifetime deal.
Priced to get out from under it.

I'm not retired (yet) and just don't have much time to help with re-building. That's why I was looking for an existing racer if possible, but how long would the job take?

If I wanted to spend the the 3 or 4 weekends putting it all together I would.
But I don't. That's why it's priced so cheap.

Ask Jerry about getting an existing race car (twice). Ask Nick Runyon how much time and money he saved? Jeff Burch?

Truth is, an existing race car does indeed get you on the track faster. But you save no time and probably spend more money getting it semi-competitive.

If you want to get in the car and go, buy my Firebird.

In MOST CASES that is true...

and SOMETIMES....

THEY CHANGE THE FRIGGING RULES AND THE "COMPETITIVE" CAR (Multiple Championships prior to purchase, 3rd at Nationals 2009, 1st in Texas in 2010) YOU BOUGHT IS NO LONGER COMPETITIVE (11th in Texas with cheater splitter)

Yeah, it does suck when they spring something like that with no warning whatsoever...

11th isn't really that bad, considering one missed event, and running in a different class at two events. ;) I think the #3 car didn't pretty damn good considering it was running CMC1 ruleset in a CMC2 class.
