Just as I thought to myself, "How would someone go off on that coarse." The black Porshce goes straight off the track. :?

Looks pretty fun and very cheap.

LOL, must have finally found a Base Commander who realized there were no national security risks at Cabaniss. Old rusting hangars and school buses do not a military installation make.

I guess so... several us were planning on doing an event prior to 9/11 and just never got our plans together.

I still like the price.

Yup you are correct the new base commander is great & he realized this is a great underutilized asset that will benefit the local community.

The black 944 Turbo lost his brakes in the braking zone after the 130+mph sweeper. (He thought he would try the cheap AutoZone pads that came with the car when he bought it. He melted them into the holes in his cross drilled rotors)

Each run group gets 3 20 minute HPDE sessions. After that we set up for timing some time after lunch since we don’t have a AMD system we run 3-4 cars at a time for the time trial portion of the event. It’s a cheap test & tune session for the wheel to wheel guys.

so, just how far is corpus from Dallas?! Looks like a ton of drag racing on that big bastard! Pricing is perfect and we could even have 'winged' vehicles running around!

455 miles from 75 & Plano parkway to the front gate at Cabaniss.

Yes we will have a few open wheel winged cars at the event including a few Pro Mazda cars.
