Logitech Wingman Formula Force Steering wheel/Pedals
Used but in excellent condition.
USB interface.
Best model they ever made, until the new G25 came out.
Which is why I'm selling, I got the new G25.
These are not the toy grade crap with the Nascar name on it.
No rubber bands or bungee cords inside.
Will post a pic or 2 tonight.

$40.00

thx,
jb

Jeff - please post your thoughts on the G25. I am thinking about getting one for myself but it's alot of bucks to shell out. Looks awsome from what I can see though.

K, 10-4.
I got it out out the box (heavy! 19lbs.??)
But it wouldn't mount on the edge of my old desk.
The front edge of the desk has a bevel that the wheel/gear knob dont like.
This morning I got out the circular saw and took car of that.
Will test tonite with GTR, toca and SatNiteSpeedway.
I want a rig from http://www.bobearlracing.com/ cause they're cheap.

Here is another option. Trying to add an attachment. I got bored a while back and spent some time practicing with my new TIG welder. Found some un-used fence pole and added a cheapo "race seat" from Pep Boys to make my computer racer. I love having it.

Very nice.
I have the welder and skilz and all but want the bobearl for portability.
I plan on throwing it in front of the new 1080p 50".

Give us an update. Tub got painted, so you'll be at the 1st event, right?
Are you gonna grace us with your presence at the banquet?
Didn't you have a baby recently?

Been getting alot done. The interior is basically back in the car. Loads of stuff to still get done, seems like the list does not end at times.

It would be fun to make the banquet but that would just mean 1 less day in the garage, and right now I am still mainly getting things done on the weekends.

Did have a new baby, well she is 5 months now. Also have a 4 year old and she has gotten pretty good at helping out.

If anyone is in the north Austin area and wants to stop in to take a look, give me a shout.

Jeff
- sorry for thread-jacking

Thanks for the info, Jeff!
I've had the Bob Earl unit now for over 3 years and love it.
I didn't know about the upgraded G25 Logitech steering wheel and also didn't know about the Bob Earl retrofit to accept it! Good stuff...

Will post pics later...

No offense Todd, but, I don't think you would fit in that contraption.

I dunno ... using that over-stiffed, rainbow colored Laz-E-Boy as a scale, I think he (and I) might just squeeze in.

Of course, that must be a 100" TV ...

It's adjusted up.
The 2019 CMC Champ was practicing in it last.

JW, 900 degrees of steering travel is weird.
I was just getting it adjusted to where I could handle it and my SATA raid took another dump. I spent all evening recovering data.
Been meaning to replace my stripped array lately due to bad blocks on one of the drives. More later.

Jeff called it.

Little Tony (4yrs old) gets up ~6 AM, wanders into the media room...fires up the TV...the PS2....stereo...gets the TV/Video button on the right option...puts in WRC/GT3/Burnout/NASCAR 2002 game (depending on his mood)...and drives to his heart's content until breakfast!

Think he'll be a racer???

That model seems to have a lot more padding than any other I've seen! :D
