• Sole Engineer of 24X7, 4 hour response, server hardware support, to a service provider on over 300 HP and Dell Servers including SAN’s.
• Maintained servers by installing, configuring, and monitoring SNMP agents such as HP Insight Manager (SIM), Dell Open Manage and Microsoft Operations Manager.
• Supported Windows Server 2003, DHCP, DNS, Blackberry, Exchange 2000/2003 with clustering, backups, and Windows XP and 2000 clients for multiple customers.
• Utilized VMWare extensively for consolidation, support and to model and document network configurations prior to implementation.
• Quickly deployed over forty desktops/laptops using Symantec Ghost 7.
• Installed and supported Symantec (Norton) Anti-Virus, Trend Micro ServerProtect/Officescan, and Mcafee Anti-Virus on Windows Servers and Windows Clients and kept virus pattern files up to date.
