Oh........ ;)
Smoked a brisket and made some ABTs with chirizo and got creative with a smoked Tequila pineapple. OMG...the pineapple was fantastic! Gonna be on the menu the next time I invite folks over (stay tuned on details on that - keep April 21st free if you are in DFW or interested in making the drive up ).
Darcie,
Shoot for Apr-6 so you can share the date with my youngest. He'll be 5 going on 25 (at least if we go off his attitude...).
Just noticed that the car Will Smith drives in Irobot (2004) is the concept for the Audi R8.....random
Baby Update?! I second that!
No poo factory yet... last plan I heard was checking into the hospital early, early morning (like midnight - 1am) and getting ready for the long haul. She'll start on the less aggressive meds first and see if that does it, we'll call these "Keystone"... she'll hit the hard stuff later, if needed - we'll refer to those as "Dr. Frank's Sippin Hooch". Cross your fingers "Keystone" does the trick.
It's possible her anesthesiologist will be a racer friend too. He runs a Porsche with CVAR (the orange Jagermeister car) and we've run on the same LeMons team a couple times.
Make sure if she ops for an epidural (my wife would highly recommend one both personally and professionally) they put it on a pump. Much better then having to redose if it starts to wear off right when she needs it the most. As my wife says, there is no blue ribbon for going natural. Medicine has come a LONG way for a reason.
Also, take the nurses Starbucks and donuts/cookies. You will be the rock star of the hospital and they will go out of their way to keep you happy.
