Nah, 4th floor fortunately and it still hasn't even lost power.
My apartment complex is now officially a lake front property. Going to list my unit up on airbnb soon.

Fortunately I fled up north to the parents' house...
Yeah, like I said it was cold/rainy yesterday which is a rarity down here.
Car still ran great and didn't lose power. I'm just of the belief that my IAT location is putting MAF flow readings just...
Yeah, I'll move it if it comes back.
I like where it's at now, more consistent readings IMO.
Ran out at TWS today. Was supposed to test a full shock/spring change but the shock guy dropped the ball at the very last minute.
Ended up just beating on the car some before the rain came in....
Who was the douche again. I was in Kansas at the time but heard a little about the incident.
I've begun avoiding Sunday mixed warm-up after seeing so much crap happen.
Hoping Friday TnTs moving...
I blacked out during sat qual, that wasn't me driving.

RE: weeping coolant passage stuff, ACDelco makes copper cooling system seal tablets for this kind of stuff.
Apparently it is SOP per GM to add a tablet per gallon or so on a new engine and keep...
It passed with the EVAP not being ready. Didn't have to wiggle the obd connector this time.
Still curious which pins the state computer uses that other devices ive tried don't but glad it works.
Oh, I assumed they would fail unless all were ready.
Was just watching with my own scanner, haven't gone back yet.
Went to get the truck inspected today.
They couldn't get either of their tests stations to talk to the computer, but I tried my own obd2 scanner and their handheld scanner, it worked fine on...
Cleaned up the garage and put the car away for the first time since November. Only 1 weekend of work really required for the next race, feels good.
Welcome to the Gary's tire rack mafia.
Opened the hood of the #51 car today.
I completely forgot that my latest motor's intake manifold is red.
Yeah it's been that long.
2016 is shot, missed 2 full events due to conflicts, may miss a 3rd due to another wedding; missed 2 races last weekend thanks to motor.
10 days later, all good to go!
Thanks to Sean's LT1 depot and Records' Camaro lifting help, I'm all good now. Car dynoed well today and not seeing anything bad from the usual oil filter checks.
...
Looks like I should be all set to have a running car again over the weekend. Gonna dyno next week then register if everything runs right.
Thanks Sean!
Bad luck, yes, but you gotta put things into perspective. I'm 30, I still have my health, have a good job, and the only serious problem in my life is keeping a motor alive. Now if I can figure out...
Kevin that is awesome. Will be awesome to see a dad/son pic of the two side by side when you get yours running :D
Marshall, yeah. It's a good thing and bad thing it was running. I didn't realize...
Add me to the "fix a broken engine by Hallet" list.
Lifted or cracked a head or something with the head gasket.
Steam purged the crankcase and exhaust, it was still running before I shut it...
On the flight back to Houston right now after a 4 day trip to Vegas for work, definitely in a "weakened" state right now. This trip was right after a 4 day trip to Cancun to pre-celebrate my 30th...
I would go, but I am going to a wedding that weekend.
For now, Chin is the last event on the TWS calendar before they shutdown.
Too many damn weddings this year.
Ran the WRL open track day at TWS yesterday. Lots of aborted laps for traffic, but the best complete lap I could manage was a 2:02. My last/best official NASA time was a 2:02 and I think I may have...
