Three practice sessions down. Three to go. Car is fine. Weather is... yucky. Rain overnight. Heavy overcast with intermitent heavy mist/light fog. Temps in the upper 50's. Track is different every lap and Dan isn't able to get any real heat into the tires yet. But he has kept it on the track. Two munched Factory 5's. Both should be rebuilt in time for racing.

Remind him it is a long week. Mid Ohio is slick in the wet, but nothing like MSR-C. Rim ridding is the key and I'm sure he knows that.

that sealer is nasty slick, definitely helps emphasize the rain line and whatnot

There are a few TTers out there as well, I'm hoping it isn't just CMCers bringing home some trophies!

Tell dan to find a GOOD set of polarized lenses and then drive around the shiney spots. Works like a charm. Sounds like crappy week like in 2008.
