Anyone ever use a manual tire balancer or changer? They have a balancer for 60. Northern tool is 100 but they have a changer for 100 too

I inherited a changer from my father's estate... drilled holes on the floor of my trailer for mounting... it works... works your a$$ off but nice to have... I also have a old bubble balancer but I've never used it...
