Hallett Summer Shootout only three weeks out!!

After all this May rain, we are going GREEN at Hallett for NASA and looking forward to your return June 21, 22, 23. Here is the test day entry form https://www.dropbox.com/s/zb52jlaxum...20Day%2013.pdf, as well as Hallett info for any newcomers.

Let Connie@HallettRacing.net know you are testing so your name will be on the gate list for early access. The gates will be open Thursday 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. and after 7 a.m. Friday for all
Test Day drivers All other drivers and crews will have access after 4:00 p.m. Friday with gates open 24/7 until races are over Sunday eve.

Does anybody have an enclosed trailer they aren't sleeping in that they would like to park by that raceport? Scott and I lost our RV supplier this year so we're on Plan D or E at this point.

What are the showers like out there? I've got a room to myself Thurs-Sat night in sand springs, only really need it for Thurs night if I camp Fri/Sat...

What are the showers like out there?

They are really cool. There is enough wall so people can't see your privates but you get to watch the race cars go down the front straight while you clean up. Don't spend too long in there, though, because parts of you that have never gotten sun before burn pretty quickly in the sun...

They have indoor showers, outdoor showers and ponds with frogs in them. You just can't lose.
However, I would advise against "bathing" in the nude in the pond. The frogs probably won't bother you, but the snapping turtles might.
