Help with Regional class championship Toyo Dollars

I have never looked into this in the past and have thrown away a few dollars by not knowing. I looked just for the hell of it if third place in regional points paid anything. To my surprise Michael gets $1000.00 for first! James gets $500.00 for second and I get $250.00 for third. What do I have to do to claim this money? When I go on the new web site where I did the regular race rebates it ask for what track? How can you answer that one? Maybe I'm looking at it wrong........but that is why I'm asking the question. I did print out the form. Maybe we still do these the old way?

Just put Texas CMC Regional Championship or something like that for the track.
