Tony Stewart is cleared and it looks like the Ward family will have a hard time winning a suit against him cause Ward Jr had weed in his sytem!

I'm still in the "it was a needless event, but nothing criminal camp." Not sure what the jurisdiction is for the coming civil trial - entirely possible a jury will award something even without the criminal indictment/conviction. Still sad/horrible but probably the better outcome.

Ask me about when I was a juror on a wrongfull death suit against a pro hockey player. Some of the libtards thought we should award the widow money (even though no one thought he was guilty) just because the hockey player had some bucks.
