    T5 shifter fork

    So I lost third and fourth gear qualifying Sunday at ECR. After pulling the tranny and disassembling it this is what I found! anybody have any ideas this transmission has less then 150 miles on it?image.jpg

    Get an upgraded fork? The late T56s got a steel fork as opposed to the early ones that were aluminum for 3-4 as well.

    Well now I know! The transmission shop did not assemble the synchronizer ring correctly!

    Except for this is a T5 world-class not a T 56
