2014 AI/SI/CMC Banquet - Lets get it planned.

Lets pick a date and location. We have had a couple offers on places to have it. It would be up to those guys as to when we could intrude. I'll let them speak up and offer their places here in the public forum. My thoughts was to have it more like the @ the track Sat night parties we have, less the cars and sense of need to turn in early due to an 8am qual.

    Idea's???

I thought Caffe Capri, being central to most of us and all, worked pretty well last time.

I would love a pot-luck, late night story-telling, video watching camp out. Venue may ultimately decide dates. I'm good with bringing food or cash - or both.

I've offered 5ac Waller TX. BBQ or pig roast, bonfire, overnight camping, projector screen for year end vid and enough undercover area should the weather be bad.

5acres sounds great and could be just the right amount of room to really get in trouble..err have fun!
Depending on the date I'd like to attend, but if not and you need grills, smokers, fryers, etc let me know and I'd be happy to loan out...most everything is portable....just added an oil-less propane fryer to the collection..it can do a 24 lb turkey or a couple good size yard birds, or a half dozen racks ...in about 90 minutes
Working on plans for a roasting pit next year...it'll look like a tornado shelter to the HOA

I know it's going to be very difficult to get everyone's schedules to align, I wouldn't be able to make the 13th.
