I heard about this on Dave Despains show the other day. He was questioned about why would the Earnhardt's build this and build it so big.... if they didn't have a plan for it to host a Nascar race.

Sounds like it will be a really nice facility.

The DE programs in that part of the country MORE than pay for the track rental for the weekend. Some average DE's out there have 300 cars and are paying $300+ for a two day event. Racers should be able to race for free then!!! :lol:
