Can someone machine these for me?

Collected the parts needed for a 3rd gen hub conversion, but still need a machine shop to make the mounting plates. I've got a quote in Houston for $750 and the other doesn't seem too bothered to give me a price.

The drawing specifies 4140 pre-hard and a square design, but I know Glenn and others elsewhere have had luck getting these made out of regular carbon steel, round stock for $300 or so.
