    Pin puller attachment?

Got a nice dent pulling slide hammer set and got to work on my inner fender and core support, but to my surprise the attachment it came with isn't setup for weld-on draw pins:

Got a used stud welder and a pack of draw pins ready to go, just need to figure out what the heck the "pin puller attachment" is called and where I can find one:

Was hoping to avoid buying a second slide hammer dedicated to draw pin pulling but I may have to do that:

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Got it halfway all lined up, just need to pulled out some of the curved sections with draw pins to finish it up...

    Body work sucks...

Weld a 3/4-20 nut to a pair of ViseGrips :-)

When doing body work I take time to meditate, my mantra is "no contact, no contact"

My dad has a cheap stud welder / slide hammer he got from Harbor Freight. The slide hammer has a specific tip that works to grab the draw pins.
After Hallett last year I was fixing my lower rocker but could not find the tip to use with the slide hammer. Before I could find one my dad had already drilled holes to pull out the rocker the "old school" way.

I know there has to be an attachment tip out there just not sure where.

Figured it out, just take a cheap 1/2-20" threaded drill chuck adapter and bam:

If I had a welder on hand this would be done by now, need to fix that...

Found it for $10 locally, took some 5/8-18 nuts and had a 1/2", M10, and M8 bolts welded to them, then used them with a loan-a-tool slide hammer. Now I can pull studs and vice grips

In the end it was just good practice. I got the fender back on straight enough and the hood closes now, so I'm good enough until I plan to blow the car apart for body/paint work over the summer.

Anyone here have experience with partial/full replacement of the core support and inner fender?

Here is a vicegrip slide hammer tool. Maybe we should buy one with our dues and have it at the track every weekend. Then whoever get's hit gets to take it home. I'm still hoping to see our CONTACT drop.
