This new RV does not have a full size oven. It has a microwave/convection combo.

How long and at what temp? The brisket should rest a while anyway so while it's getting it's act together we could put it in the smoker.

    UPDATED in first post too:

    1) Richardson - SAT smoker/pellets brisket
    2) Francis/James - FRI pellets - 2 racks ribs - potato chips??
    3) English - SAT sausage/beans
    4) The Claw - SAT night sides
    5) Jordans - SAT night something
    6) Pattersons - FRI ribs/chips
    7) Mosties - FRI/SAT buffalo chicken dip/chips
    8) McCormicks - SAT sides of choice (how fortuitous is the code for the cool smiley being at McCormicks?)
    9) Crumpackers - SAT jalapeno popper dip
    10) Lyons - dessert
    11) need some paper plates / plasticware / paper towels

FRI Summary - 4 racks of ribs / chips / dips - ribs will fill the smoker for 6 hours. If we take them off 30-45 minutes before we eat (officially) we can put more stuff on

SAT Summary - 10-12lb of brisket / maybe minor leftover ribs / beans / sausage / popper dip / buffalo chicken dip / chips
    - maybe some tater salad?
    - beers / soda / water / beer / liquor / gatorade / beer

Will also have a chance to review the Sat menu on Friday evening.

Oh, and everybody bring your GoPros, etc.

I think sides / carbs (breads, tortillas) The tacos we had at TWS were pretty good - guacamole, shredded cheese, tortillas.

Mindy and I are bringing the following to contribute for either / both nights:
    - sausage
    - pork ribeyes (these are badass in the smoker and only take an hour or so)
    - homemade bread
    - some kinda dessert thingy

Leave Sam at home with the curtain climber (he played all day today) and come on.
