    Nascar racing at TWS video

Cool broadcast video from 1993. There's a nice segment around minute 22 on the track's history too.

Jay and I were at that race in the infield in the RV. DW kicked their ass and said after that NASCAR needed to return to TWS.

I liked seeing the speed differential between the leaders and the rest of the field. They could actually drive there cars around on the track. So different from the pack racing they have now.

That was pretty cool to watch. I didn't know Jeff Pervis, but I worked with a guy that was really good friends with him. Unfortunately, he was hurt badly in a crash that ended his racing career.
