BL is in for Fri/Sat dinner and of course midnight ribs. Put me down for some sides and/or desserts. Probably need a dessert for midnight, too. I'm just hoping I'm down for #8 as well. Car should be finished with "some assembly required" on Friday night. I won't see it till next Friday.
Also-there is another racer who will be in for everything who hasn't registered that I am confirming with so add that to your headcount.

Yes...

Just a cuff, brisket is roughly $3.00/lb, ribs about $10/rack.
