    Check your head count in the first post - don't want to miss anybody. Raegan will be assisting to fill in the holes on sides/deserts/plates/napkins/plasticware/etc. Figure we can do snack/chip/dip lighter fare on Friday.

    Two smokers (this is getting ridiculous) so we're limited to 8 racks of timely ribs to do them right.

    Probably lock headcount down late this weekend so Sean and I can shop for protein.

    For color on costs - anything is appreciated since we're at a good number:
    Ribs $10/rack-ish
    Brisket $3/lb ish
    Wood pellets $20/bag ish - probably close to two bags for the weekend
    $10 of aluminum foil - like a racecar it adds up
    Rub 2.0 - funny how much spices cost. Recipe on the forum somewhere if you want to know what you're getting

    Chefs like water, orange drank, and Tullamore Dew though not necessarily in that order while cooking.
