I want to do this. Think there is a class for a CMC car?

I've thought about it, kind of ASSumed it'd be like trying to race a CMC car competitively somewhere in SCCA.

Man I want to do this... It is on my bucket list. I really wanted to do it before they paved the entire road.

I'd like to do Pikes Peak too!!!! I've also been thinking about open road races, drag races and maybe an open track challenge.

I'm with you James. The paving took a little away from it in my mind. Anyone have any idea what the noise is when Dave hits the brakes? Sounds like a bag of sheet metal or beer cans dragging down the road.

Just saw the NP01 downtown, pretty cool for that to be in the midst of all these PPIHC hill climb cars especially when that thing's been up my ass at Pueblo. They had the Redbull dirtbike guys doing jumps and flips and shit too.

I drove up Pike's Peak in a Jeep Grand Cherlokee when half of it was not paved. The Wife and Daughter thought we were racing. After we looked around awhile we got ready to drive down and a guy ask for a ride down. He had ran all the way up. Said he does it all the time.
