Registered. Didn't think I had much to do and remembered I was losing fuel pressure at Hallett. Thanks to the tear down crew of the black 24 I have the plastic tank in the backyard. Swapping it out once I get the fuel pump back this week. Just trying to figure out the tank differences between the metal 98 tank and the plastic 99-02 tank.

Is Liebbe another new guy? I think Paul C. is doing racecraft so should be a CMC rookie in Jan.

Ya...... So slight over reaction. I realize it has been that way for a while, June ish. I was still planning off the original calendar that had the event labeled the weekend of the 23rd. Rookie mistake.
    Still gonna make it?

Signed up for comp school with Orange Crush (CMC), hopefully gonna be able to run all 4 races. Fingers crossed.

Your firebird looks really good in my mirrors /troll

    I think it's Rob Gronkowski.

Successfully swapped the 98 metal tank for the 02 plastic tank/pump. Now the pump is quiet but fuel pressure still bleeds down to zero and takes several turns to prime the system. Observations: Somewhat of a pain to install the tank by yourself but the plastic tank is much easier since the fill tube can be disconnected. The pump in the metal tank had been whining for a long time and was down on fuel pressure at Hallett. Found all the metal/plastic baffling in the metal tank was broken-possibly from the wreck at Cresson. Also in the metal tank was plenty of black jelly looking crud.

Ready to see you losers this weekend!
