2017 series dues

For those that were not at the Houston event in January we discussed collecting an annual series dues. This is something we did in years past but have not done so in the last 3+ years. The dues cover all annual expenses for these AICMCTexas forums, the end-of-year trophies / awards, the Hallett trophies, etc.

We have quite a hole from the last few years that we need to get filled. We are looking at just $25 / racer for the 2017 season.
Marshall and I will be at Cesson if you have cash or check available.

Here's the situation...

Hallett trophies cost $85 each and I've paid for these out of my pocket for the past five year (and AIX last year), so that's $950 by itself plus $75/yr to keep aicmctexas.com going...
I've had a grand total of FOUR racers pay for this season (you know who you are... and thank you).

If we want to continue with these trophies, we need to continue paying into the "system". I'd also like to have some of these dues go into the Hallett "midnight ribs" bucket so Dave/Sean/Paul aren't out on their end too...

$25 per person should an easy stretch... (or I would hope)..

I need to get Hallett trophies ordered next Monday so if we don't want to do this anymore, just let me know...

I still need to pony up for dues... i like seeing all you guys with Hallett trophies...

For food, seems easier to just handle on an event basis - don't pay/don't eat.

What's the policy on visitors? Anything my guys should know? Do the dues go to more than just Hallett?
