    FS: GOLD EDITION LT1 intake

Got a nice clean and newish lt1 ILE intake elbow (no big resonator hole to plug) and pipe. Wrapped in so much gold tape that you could say you race with NASA.

These were new take off parts I bought and started to use when I started with CMC, so they're not rotted or weathered out.

Also includes a complete Opti vacuum harness as I tapped my hole closer to the throttle, this was also a new/recent purchase

Help keep those IATs down, buy my intake.

    Asking $75

I think Elon Musk might need those on Falcon Heavy... Looks like it would be at home in space...

I'm curious if you went full nerd and datalogged before and after the tape?

No, the tape came about when I was chasing a misfire issue on one of my earlier LT1s on the dyno with an aluminum intake pipe and a (later discovered) busted icm.

Couldn't get the misfires to go away until we put a fan right on the intake pipe and watched the timing retard drop quite a bit.

Fixed the icm and this elbow went on with the wrap.

Judging by the center core landing failure I'm sure they could've used this intake.
