    4th gen windshield defogging

With rain on the forecast at cota I want to fix this ahead of time.

How are you 4th gen guys keeping the inside of the windshield clear when it gets wet and cool?

At msrh my interior windshield fogged up despite using rain x fog wipes and a brake duct hose zip tied to the dash and pulling in air from outside by the side mirror.

Shaving cream? Rag on a stick?

I bought this and was planning on mounting it in the passenger side footwell with a hose pointed at the windshield.

When Jay and I use a 3" hose bringing in outside air we had no issue except when stopped.

I put a thin layer of shaving cream on the glass, let it slightly dry and then scrub it off.

Sounds like a silly prank but it worked at msr-h. We have a dash blower in #82, it still setimes fogs.

Thanks guys. I have these frost fighter strips that have been in thejr box since 2012. No time to install them before cota but I think a bilge fan and shaving cream will do the trick for now

Where are you pulling the air from? I was zip tie ing s hose to the side mirror area and 180* around to the bottom of the windshield
