Not gonna lie....I've been pretty excited about it. Due to lack of funds, its just gonna be a bare bones building with no lights or electricity until I can come up with some more cash. I am currently looking into doing it myself, but don't know the first thing about it. I will learn it though.

Looks great. Wiring a shop like that is nothing. All you have to know is power in/power out (except at the end of a circuit) and how to run a switch loop. The hardest part is not really hard but connecting to as live breaker box you just have to be very careful. Wire the breaker then snap it in the box.

Awesome! I'd be happy with a piece of concrete that big.

If you were closer we could wire it in a weekend once you have the funds. Jerry is right its not hard with a little research. Congrats!

30x40 all metal but not the super heavy duty I Beam frame. Tubular 14gauge framing. Sounds kinda weak, but certified to 120mph wind. Time will tell how well it holds up.

We've had a 30X50 Whirlwind since 79. Went through Rita and Ike to name a few. Still has original 8 windows in it.
