Since wiring is permitted to be removed/moved/changed, using a harness to adapt the SN95 loom to the A9L is fine. However, if there is any adjustability built into that harness - meaning, changing the MAF voltage, o2 sensor voltage, etc - it's not permitted.Originally Posted by chris-CMC#35
The Painless harness is allowed, as it's a direct replacement item with no provisions to adjust various engine parmeters. Loom it, hook it up, and run.
However, it's not hard to repin the plug to communicate properly with the A9L. As much as I hate to say this....try searching www.corral.net. At one time, they had some decent DIY articles.
