    Popper dip

Since several asked for it Sat. night I figured I would post up the recipe here and whom ever wants it will have it...

    2 blocks of cream cheese
    1c mayo
    1c parmesan cheese
    1 can diced green chilies
    6-10 jalapenos, de-seeded and diced

Mix and bake at 350 for 45min or until bubbling and browning.

Doesn't mean Sam gets out of making it and letting you come to the track to hang out...

Hmm... Add roasted corn and sharp cheddar (especially on top,) and you have my roasted corn dip.
