Hallett is 7 weeks after NOLA, do them both. I agree only a 2-week break b/w TWS and NOLA is going to be a major pain in the ass but the extra time off after NOLA helps some.
I agree, any excuse to make Hallett is good. Hopefully w/ the CO guys this year we'll have 25+ CMC cars!!!

I will most likely be skipping NOLA. It is too far to haul, too close timewise to TWS, and comes at a bad time in the year with Wendi having to work the Friday before and the Monday after. I'd rather do NOLA than Hallett, but Hallett is in the summer, so vacation is much easier for her to take (teacher).

PS: They didn't just move these events, it happened months ago.

My schedule is made and locked 3 to 6 months in advance so it's hard to change things around.

With the exception of hallet, why don't they put the out of state races towards the end of the year and put more local stuff before nationals? I just think they would have higher turnouts if there were one or two more races locally. Cause I personally don't want to take a Friday off to drive 8 hrs to do a regional weekend then have to hurry back for Monday. That's just me.

NOLA is a great place, but so dang far away. I am not 100% out, but I might would skip it no matter the schedule, but it being just two weeks after TWS is going to make it really difficult to make.

Will not be making NOLA. too close after TWS. Have to fight the battles to win the war.
NOLA is a great place, but I really enjoy Hallet due to the cross region competition.
