What is everyone using for the rear upper control arms? What bushings are everyone using? My driver side needs to be replaced again, and I'm trying to figure out whether I want to go with stock again or try something else.

I am still running the stock arms, stock bushings on both upper ends, stock 4-link. The diff bushings push out, drivers side more frequently. I have to do the drivers bushing about every 3-4 events and the passenger side about once a year.
I know others don't have this problem but I have never been able to keep the bushings from pushing out.

I have the problem more often on the passenger side. Probably because I run at TWS so much I guess? I know it's time to replace it when I start hearing the grinding noise on left hand turns.
My first year I ran the stock 4 link, new ford bushings on the axle end and 100k mile control arm bushings on the chassis end, no issues at all. I would not run sphericals anywhere on the top side.
Since I stopped running a panhard bar I have not had to replace a single upper control arm or bushing. With the panhard bar I could only get a two or three events out of one side (I can't remember what side) and five or six out of the other.

My problem is not the metal bushing push out, it is the rubber pushing out of the metal.
