Not today, but last Thursday I had rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder. 4-6 weeks in a sling and then I can start therapy. Fun!!!

Sounds like a blast Rob. You should be good to go for Hallett.

When I had my ACL done, I had a clean-up surgery and slept in a spring loaded brace to keep my leg straight. I was taking 2 every 4 hours to sleep. Got my clock math off one night and when I had the whole body tingle figured I was probabably on the high side of dosing.

I walked the same afternoon of my knee surgery - then the nerve block wore off - HOLY S**T!!!!!!! - that hurt.

I felt like a hero the day of (and after) both my shoulder and knee surgery... Then day 2 happened and I was reduced to a pile of goo while tapping out my long term and breakthrough meds and wishing I could have more.
